Monitroing etc. But the most important point which everyone miss is to Educate their Employees and Users by a regular training and awareness programs that promotes a security-conscious culture within the organization and its public users.

Always listen to what other has to say, because listening sloves almost all the major problems and also provide solutions and ideas. Never de-motive another person either higher or lower in experience or rank as this create silos in any work environment. - When you feel that things are not working for you even after getting all the help, training, mentoring then speak up to your manager so that they know as what role is more suitable. Mostly people stay silent on this part and the results are not good and end up in losing their job and interest as well.

- Personal development and growth is vital for any person regardless if they are new or experienced as it helps to stay up-to-date with the fast evolving market. - Just learning technical skills is not enought but should also learn soft skills e.g. communication, interviewing, public-speaking, mentoring etc. This is vital for employee to jump to the higher level while having the right technical knowledge.

- Give them opportunities even if they are new to it. This will bring the best of them. - Also, allow them to speak themselves as individual and also as work group so that they learn the various ways of engagements. - If they fails in making decisions, don't blame or judge them but instead appreciate their efforts and train them so that they feel more motivated to do it better in future.

- Have atleast a 30 mins 1-1 session with them on weekly (or bi-weekly) basis - Acknowledge them if both customers or internal team members appreciate their thoughts, ideas, solutions, suggestions. This is a encouragement booster !!. - Always listen to what they say even speaking outside of their comfort zones. - Never shutdown them if something went bad, instead stand with them so they not feel alone and gets encouraged to work on the betterment.
